Delivery cost: Flat rate of 21RON anywhere in Romania, via express courier.

FREE shipping: For all orders exceeding 350 RON, shipping is on our behalf.

International Shipping 

Delivery time: Your orders will arrive within 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery cost: Shipping costs vary depending on your region. Please check at checkout. It varies between 9-20 euros.

Return

Return period: You have 3 calendar days from receipt of the package to complete the return form and 14 calendar days to return the products, according to the law.

Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, with the labels intact and without traces of wear or perfume.

Money back: After we receive and verify the return, we will refund the amount to your bank account within a maximum of 14 business days.
